Have you been looking for a simple, delicious morning smoothie recipe? Look no further! This smoothie is chock full of antioxidants and healthy fats which will keep you feeling full until lunch. The recipe is easily doubled so you can share with a partner, friend, or family member.


This recipe uses whole ingredients as well as collagen peptides to give you the nutritional and anti-inflammatory punch to get your day started right. Of course, this smoothie is good at any time of the day!


Complete Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients

  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Dash of ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 4 tbsp collagen peptide powder

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • Water for desired consistancy of smoothie


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add water as needed to get the smoothie to your desired consistency.

  3. Enjoy!
